Director
Sulav has worked in the waste industry since 2000, when he started working for his parents company Hamro Sar Safai Taha Sewa Pvt. Ltd. as an Operations Manager. He took some time out for his further studies and upon returning to Nepal, rejoined the waste industry.

Rajani Shrestha
Finance Director
Rajani joined Waste Concern in 2001 as a Finance Manager after previously working in Finance Departments for various NGOs and Financial Institutions in Kathmandu. She is currently our Finance Director.

Reema Dhami
Accountant
Reema has been a member of Waste Concern since 2019, when she joined the company to work as an assistant while studying for her Bachelors degree. Since then she has risen through the ranks and is now Accountant.

Ramesh Shrestha
Senior Supervisor
Ramesh has worked at Waste Concern since 2005 and is the fountain of all knowledge when it comes to Waste Concerns' internal systems, and day-to-day operations management.

Operation Manager
Krishna has been at Waste Concern since 1995, and has worked in every area of the company from field and Operations to Customer Service. His unmatched knowledge of Waste Management makes him invaluable as our Operations Manager.

Binaya Roy
Training Supervisor
Binay's experience working at Waste Concern goes all the way to childhood when he used to come after school to help his uncle with the management. Binay officially joined the team in 2010 and currently handles staff training.

Prem Lama
Supervisor
Having originally joined Waste concern in 2015, Prem is an all-rounder who has worked in a variety of positions including field and Operations, and now serves as our Supervisor.
